Terms and conditions

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the vIAja platform (the "Platform"), operated by Auria Tech, and of the associated public website. By using the Platform you accept these terms.
2. Who may use the Platform
The Platform is intended exclusively for travel agencies and professional advisors. It is not intended for end travelers. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract on behalf of your agency.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out under your account. You must notify us of any unauthorized use immediately. We recommend enabling 2FA (TOTP) as soon as it’s available for your role.
4. Multi-tenant model and your agency’s data
Each agency operates in an isolated tenant. As an administrator, you are responsible for the data you upload about your clients and trips; we act as the data processor.
5. AI use
The Platform generates itinerary drafts and assisted responses using language models. These drafts assist the advisor’s professional work and do not replace their judgment. The advisor is responsible for verifying the information (availability, prices, health requirements, documentation) before communicating it to the end client.
6. Plans and billing
During early access, usage is free under terms communicated to each agency. Commercial plans and billing terms will be defined before general launch.
7. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.
8. Intellectual property
All software, trademarks, design and content of the Platform belong to Auria Tech or its licensors. Content you upload (clients, notes, your own templates) remains yours.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not upload personal data of third parties without a legitimate basis.
- Do not use the Platform for illegal or deceptive activities.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or other tenants.
- Do not resell access to the Platform without written authorization.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auria Tech is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of material breach of these terms, notifying you when possible.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
