1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Waitlist: agency name, email address, team size and commercial focus.
- Account (once access opens): full name, email, hashed password, role within the agency.
- Usage data: pages visited, product events, IP address and user-agent.
- Client data you upload as an advisor: handled under the data-processor model; you remain the controller.
3. Purpose
We use this data to: (i) manage early access and send you product updates; (ii) operate the product once you’re onboarded; (iii) improve the experience by measuring which parts of the product are used; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Consent (waitlist and communications), contract performance (product operation), and legitimate interest (aggregated analytics and service security).
5. Retention
We retain data for the duration of the contractual relationship and any legally required periods. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We share only the strictly necessary information with infrastructure providers (hosting, transactional email, analytics) acting as processors under contract. Some providers may operate outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to the contact address above.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookieless private analytics (Plausible). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party profiling cookies.

This policy may be updated. We’ll notify substantive changes by email or in the platform itself.
